About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Manager to oversee the daily operations of our laundry facility in Kakinada. This role involves managing staff, maintaining quality standards, ensuring smooth operations, and also handling the recruitment and on boarding of laundry staff. The ideal candidate should have proven supervisory experience, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to maintain a safe, efficient, and service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations.

· Handlerecruitment, selection, and on boarding of laundry staff.

· Train, schedule, and manage team members effectively.

· Ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met.

· Monitor and maintain inventory of detergents, linens, and supplies.

· Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Implement and monitor quality control procedures.

· Address and resolve staff or client concerns promptly.

Requirements

· Proven experience in laundry industry.

· Strong leadership, team management, and recruitment skills.

· Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality.

· Flexibility in weekends.

· Knowledge of laundry equipment, cleaning procedures, and chemicals.

· Familiarity with health and safety standards.

· Problem-solving and organizational abilities.

· Minimum Qualification: High School, Diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
