Job Title:

About the Role:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate business opportunities with Government departments for
manpower outsourcing, payroll processing, and statutory compliance services
.
Manage
liaisoning activities
with senior officials across various Government departments for smooth execution of contracts and approvals.
Lead the
tendering process
– from identifying tenders and empanelment opportunities to preparing bids and submitting proposals.
Represent the organization in official meetings, pre-bid conferences, and discussions with Government authorities.
Maintain regular follow-up with Government offices for approvals, file movement, and policy updates relevant to manpower contracts.
Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliance requirements (EPF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour Act, etc.).
Coordinate with internal departments including operations, legal, and finance to ensure timely execution of Government projects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in Government institutions.
Keep abreast of evolving Government policies, tender rules, labour laws, and outsourcing norms.

Strong network and experience working with
Government departments
at the state/district level.
In-depth understanding of
labour laws, tendering procedures

requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in documentation, tender writing, and MS Office.
Ability to travel extensively across
Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh
.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
