Job Description

Design Management: Collaborate with designers to conceptualize and refine seasonal knitwear collections. Production Oversight: Closely collaborate with production teams on sampling comments and quality control for knitwear items. Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers for material sourcing, costing, and technical specifications. Market Research: Track trends and competitor activity to ensure collections align with current and future market needs. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the knitwear team, fostering creativity and performance. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Knitwear Design, or related field. Minimum of 4-6 years experience in knitwear design. Strong knowledge of knit techniques, materials, and sustainability practices. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
