Role : Assistant Manager - Legal Experience : 3 to 4 Years Location : Mumbai Qualification : LLB/LLM Job Description : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Legal to support the company's legal and compliance functions. The role involves contract management, litigation handling, regulatory compliance, and providing legal advisory support to internal departments. The ideal candidate should have strong legal acumen and the ability to handle legal issues independently. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and legal documents including NDAs, service agreements, lease deeds, and vendor contracts. Provide legal opinions and advice on business operations and risk mitigation. Manage and coordinate litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters in collaboration with external counsel. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations (Companies Act, Contract Act, Labour Laws, etc.). Assist in legal due diligence, regulatory filings, and corporate governance activities. Liaise with regulatory bodies, law firms, and government authorities as required. Maintain legal documentation and contract management systems. Support internal teams with legal queries and training on compliance and legal matters.
