Role : Legal Assistant Qualification : LLB,LLM Experience : 6 to 8 Years Location : Mumbai Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to support our legal department in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with legal documentation, case preparation, regulatory filings, and maintaining legal records. This role requires excellent administrative skills along with a basic understanding of legal concepts and processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, notices, and letters. Maintain legal files, documentation, and records in an organized manner. Coordinate with external law firms, clients, and internal teams for case updates and documentation. Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries or reports for internal use. Assist in compliance activities, including statutory filings with regulatory bodies (MCA, ROC, etc.). Schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments for legal team members. Track deadlines for legal proceedings, court dates, and compliance submissions. Support in preparing briefs, case files, and presentations for legal proceedings.
