Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Assistant, based in Kalyan. The Legal Assistant will support the legal team with the preparation and management of legal documents, assist in administrative tasks, and ensure all legal processes are efficiently coordinated. Regular duties include maintaining records, liaising with stakeholders, and providing general support to ensure compliance and smooth legal operations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Law and Legal Assistants practices
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Administrative Assistance
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in a legal or administrative role is a plus
• Maintaining Legal Files and Records of Documents.
• Communicate with External Lawyers
• Keeping track of Court cases and RERA visits, updating details on the RERA website
• Maintaining Coordination. Liasoning with the concerned Departments for the settlement pending cases related to Legal
• Drafting Experience in English and Marathi.

Job Location- Kalyan.
