Position Manager - SCM:

1. Qualification : BE/ B.Tech Mechanical
2. Location : CHQ, Hyderabad
3. Department : Procurement.

1. Person from steel industry with experience in Bulk material ( Pig iron, Scrap, Fe, Mg etc) purchase will be mandatory..
2. Sourcing & procurement of all type of Steel materials ( HR Coils, MS, SS, Special grade & Consumables) from OEM & Dealers.
3. Knowledge in Casting, Machining , Nitriding, Vacuum Hardening etc process.
4. Able to deal with Large steel manufactures for developing desire steel grade & making MOU/ Agreements.
5. Should have knowledge of steel Manufacturing process, vendor bank, Cost saving Techniques.
6. Should have exposure in importing of steel & other goods through vessel shipments.
7. Forecasting of product & Price analysis. Trends to be done on Weekly basis based on Economy.
8. Strong Negotiation Skills with Cost Bifurcation.
9. Able to Manage working capital across PAN India Plants based on the market & site requirements.
10. Preparing analytics across the inventory, cost & other as required by Management.
11. SAP knowledge is must.
12. Hands on Advanced Excel, Power BI & other software tools.
13. Preparing Comparative statement, purchase order, Follow up for timely delivery, Resolving Quality issues.

Computer skills: Good in MS Office, Word, Excel & SAP (processes mandatory)
