As we expand our leadership team, we are seeking experienced professionals in hospitality and hotel management to drive excellence and innovation at Sarokri Celebrations. As a Mid-Level to Senior Manager in Events & Hospitality, your key responsibilities will include leading daily operations to ensure flawless execution of events, coordinating with clients for bespoke experiences, managing service teams, kitchen coordination, and backend logistics. You will be expected to maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service delivery, collaborate with vendors, decorators, and catering teams, monitor budgets, optimize operations, and ensure financial targets are met. Building lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, and representing the brand with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail are also essential aspects of the role. The ideal candidate profile we are looking for includes a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or event management, strong leadership and team management skills, exceptional communication and client-handling abilities, and a proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and large-scale events. A degree or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management is preferred, and being based in or open to relocating to Guwahati is necessary.
