Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations and ensure flawless execution of events Coordinate with clients to understand event needs and deliver bespoke experiences Manage service teams, kitchen coordination, and backend logistics Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service delivery Collaborate with vendors, decorators, and catering teams Monitor budgets, optimize operations, and ensure financial targets are met Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail Ideal Candidate Profile: 5+ years of relevant experience in hospitality or event management Strong leadership and team management skills Exceptional communication and client-handling abilities Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and large-scale events Degree or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred Based in or open to relocating to Guwahati Why Join Us?
