Position: Banquet Sales Executive Location: Sarokri, Guwahati Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years in Banquet Sales (Mandatory) About Sarokri Sarokri is Guwahati’s most distinctive event venue, known for its artistic ambience, architectural design, and experience-driven spaces. We host everything from intimate weddings to large-scale art exhibitions, and are now expanding our presence in the corporate events space. Role Overview We’re looking for a driven and experienced Banquet Sales Executive to grow our corporate events business. The role involves both outbound and inbound sales, client relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of events. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Conversion Actively source and pitch Sarokri to corporates, event agencies, and businesses in Guwahati Close deals for off-sites, conferences, product launches, workshops, and other corporate gatherings Inbound Sales Management Respond promptly to inbound leads via calls, emails, and social media Conduct venue walk-throughs and sales presentations for potential clients Client Relationship & Account Management Serve as the single point of contact for the client from confirmation to the event date Understand client needs and communicate requirements to the internal event and operations teams Coordinate planning meetings and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement Payment & Documentation Share quotes, raise invoices, follow up for payments, and ensure timely collections Maintain updated records of leads, bookings, and client communications Requirements Mandatory: Prior experience in banquet/event venue sales (minimum 1–2 years in Guwahati) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple client accounts and timelines simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and email communication A proactive, target-driven attitude with a customer-first mindset What We Offer A chance to be part of a creative and growing brand Attractive salary + incentives based on performance Opportunity to take ownership and grow within a fast-evolving company To apply , please email your CV to: office@thetalukdars.com 📞 For inquiries: +91 9159866130 Show more Show less
