About the Role:

Banquet Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive

  banquet and event sales

  to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with

  corporate, wedding, and social clients

  .
• Create customized banquet packages and proposals based on client needs.
• Coordinate closely with

  F&B, Operations, and Events

  teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to grow the banquet segment.
• Manage end-to-end event processes — from enquiry handling to post-event feedback.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and deliver a premium guest experience.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum

  5–8 years

  of experience in

  banquet or event sales

  with

  luxury 5-star hotels

  .
• Currently working with a

  renowned property in Rajasthan

  (preferred).
• Strong client network in the

  corporate, social, and wedding segments

  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving banquet revenue targets.
• Graduate or MBA in Hospitality / Sales / Business Management.
