Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Sales Manager located in Baga. The Banquet Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customer service and sales activities for catering and banquet events. Daily tasks include planning and coordinating events, managing client relationships, overseeing sales strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. Business Management Develop strategies to maximize revenue from banquet sales. Provide forecasting reports and manage budget goals for the department. Analyze competitor offerings and effectively market the venue's unique advantages.
