About the Role:

Catering Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to achieve catering and event sales targets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event agencies, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to contract negotiation and event coordination.
• Work closely with the operations and culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum

  5 years of proactive sales experience

  in luxury hotels or premium catering.
• Strong network within the wedding, MICE, and corporate event segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• A self-motivated professional with strong organizational and leadership skills.
