Job Title: Sales Manager Reports To: Senior Management / CEO Location: Thane Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee a team of Telecaller Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met, managing the daily activities of RMs/ telecallers, and optimizing team performance. You will act as a bridge between senior management and the field team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Executives/ RMs Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets. Set clear sales targets and KPIs for telecallers and ensure consistent monitoring. Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to improve team performance and product knowledge. Oversee daily reporting of calls, leads, and sales outcomes to track progress. Handle escalated client issues and concerns and find solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Regularly analyze team performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure a seamless client experience. Prepare detailed sales reports and present them to senior management. Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and new products/services in the stock advisory space. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in a telesales environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and tools. Excellent communication (English, Hind & Marathi) and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of stock market services or a willingness to gain expertise. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Experience in the financial advisory or stock market industry. Proficiency with CRM and sales management software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
