Relationship Manager

Job Title: Relationship Manager Reports To: Manager (Sales) Location: Thane Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are looking for dynamic and motivated candidates to join our growing team as a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our wealth solution services, and persuading them to engage with our offerings. Your goal will be to generate leads, build relationships, and help our company reach sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads. Introduce the company and explain our services (Unlisted Stocks, Investment Advisory, MF) to prospective clients. Qualify leads by understanding client needs and preferences. Convert inquiries into appointments or sales opportunities. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM systems. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company’s products and services. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Report sales and progress to the Sales Manager regularly. Requirements: Proven experience in managing customers or telecalling or telesales (preferably in a financial or advisory sector). Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written English, Hind & Marathi). Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Basic knowledge of the stock market or willingness to learn. Positive attitude and self-motivated. Diploma/Graduate; further education in sales, marketing, or finance is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, etc.), NISM Certification Previous experience in a similar industry (financial services, stock advisory, etc.).
