Job Description: As a Manager, Sales Operations and Enablement at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for operationally managing a team of functional individual contributors focused on enabling the sales force with relevant and valuable sales tools, processes, methods, and training. Your role involves fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in defining the approach to the market and achieving set targets through effective sales processes, tools, and training. - Act as a mentor, coach, and advisor to the sales force by delivering consistent and valuable training interventions for continuous improvement and revenue growth. - Provide sales tools and methodologies for managing account opportunities, pipelines, and forecasting efforts, ensuring accessibility and tool utility training. - Plan and organize multiple work outputs by assigning priorities and continuously reviewing objectives and goals. - Improve sales performance through evolving processes, technology, and methodologies to meet deliverables. - Act as a change agent for sales initiatives by executing enabling activities like tools, processes, and methods. - Identify and develop improvements to current processes and methods. - Provide the knowledge and skills for successful customer business outcomes. - Work with smaller sales teams, providing operational management to a team of functional individual contributors, implementing sales onboarding, relevant training, and coaching. - Track sales metrics, manage accuracy, and provide related reporting to stakeholders. - Provide sales process management support to sales teams. - Ensure delivery of content and communication related to marketing and sales collateral and commercial messaging. - Work with internal stakeholders and benchmark external data to assist in developing compensation plans. - Ensure enablement technology continues to provide value, regularly reviewing and auditing the technology stack for relevance and usefulness. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or sales or a related field. - Relevant certifications such as SPIN and Solution Selling are desirable.,
