As the Manager Sales for Airline GSA - Biman Bangladesh Airlines, your primary responsibilities will include driving sales across various key travel trade segments such as B2B agents, OTAs, TMCs, MICE, and corporates. You will be tasked with implementing growth strategies to achieve revenue targets, conducting product presentations, roadshows, and activations. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring agent performance and enhancing flight load factors. Detailed monthly reports and forecasts submission will also be a part of your duties. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 5 years of field sales experience in airlines or GSA, along with a graduation degree from a recognized university. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills are prerequisites for this position. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and a proactive attitude coupled with strategic thinking will be highly valued.
