Manager - Sales

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving targets. You will be expected to identify potential customers, generate leads for business, and develop compelling sales pitches while conducting product demonstrations. Building and maintaining client relationships by providing exceptional service is crucial in this role. Setting and achieving sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies is key to your success. You will need to stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, with a minimum travel requirement of 20-25 days per month. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and providing regular reports is essential. Additionally, ensuring collections from customers within the agreed time period is a vital part of your responsibilities. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required. Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and having familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint are considered advantageous.
