Job Title: Manager - Sales

Responsibilities:

Strategy Support & Sales Execution

Execute regional sales strategies; contribute to planning and target setting.
Maintain day-to-day contact with key accounts and support revenue growth.

Business Development & Relationship Building

Explore new markets and foster client engagement in focus sectors.
Develop lasting client relationships through quality solutions and responsive service.

Team Collaboration

Support team in achieving targets; contribute to coaching and performance reviews.
Share best practices and coordinate internal efforts for project success.

Performance Monitoring

Track sales metrics, customer feedback, and pipeline development.
Provide input on sales process improvement and resource allocation.

Client Servicing & Proposals

Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, and close client deals with timely documentation.
