Your Role: Growth Across South India We are seeking a go to Sales Manager who would own and grow key BFSI accounts in South India while opening doors to new enterprise opportunities. The ideal candidate will be based in Bengaluru and will lead direct sales initiatives and relationship management across South India. If you are dynamic, self-motivated, and a strong people-person with a passion for solving real-world business challenges through technology, you are the one we are looking for! Join VuNet and make a difference Roles & Responsibilities Account Expansion & Pipeline Generation Build strong relationships across existing key accounts in BFSI. Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals. Identify new opportunities and generate pipeline across South Indian BFSI clients. Develop territory sales plans and own revenue targets for the region. Sales DNA (target orientation), attention to detail and execution focus. Understand customer requirements, building trust-based relationships. Deal Execution & Relationship Management Comfortable with technical products (analytics, SaaS, APM, observability). Has supported or led pilots/ POCs, with multi-stakeholder interactions. Build C-suite relationships (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital/IT). Deliver demos, business cases, proposals, and commercial negotiations. Ambitious, self-driven, looking to step up into account ownership Drive complex, consultative deals through multiple stakeholders. Coordinate across internal teams (presales, product, customer success) to drive deal closure. What you Bring 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience in BFSI. Strong mix of farming and hunting sales skills. Demonstrated success selling to banks, NBFCs, and insurance firms in South India. Experience navigating complex enterprise sales with multiple decision-makers. Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Collaborative team player with high ownership and customer-first mindset. Willingness to travel across the region for meetings and relationship building. Strong academic background. Excellent English communication skills, persuasiveness and interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience Experience in observability, APM, log analytics, or performance monitoring products. Exposure to banking tech ecosystems (Finacle, Temenos, Oracle, etc.). Background in digital transformation consulting in BFSI.
