Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts to maintain and strengthen existing relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop new business opportunities through pre-sales activities, RFQ management, and order booking.
  • Create and implement business strategies and plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics to inform business development efforts.
  • Oversee contract management, including negotiations, compliance, and renewals, to ensure favorable terms and successful execution

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong skills in key account management to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Expertise in pre-sales processes, RFQ management, and order booking.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies and plans.
  • Proficiency in market research to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of contract management, including negotiation and compliance.
