Processing Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities Exposure to maintenance activities of electrical/electronics. Experience and knowledge of PLC, HMI control maintenance. Knowledge of Gantry maintenance. Knowledge of Robot maintenance. Knowledge of Hyd. presses, MPI machines, SPM, Blasting machines, Electrical Hoists and EOT cranes. Knowledge of sub-station (Transformer, breaker) etc. Preferred candidate profile The person deployed as shift in charge will be responsible to shift maintenance. Activity. Responsible for break down, why-why analysis & kaizen. Responsible for preparation of preventive/predictive maintenance schedule. Responsible for critical spare parts management. Knowledge of TPM, 5 S is essential. Knowledge of MTTR, MTBF is essential. Knowledge of SAP (MGR, ODR) is essential. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills such as 5Why analysis. Basic computer skills to work in Excel, Word, Power-point etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in electrical maintenance.
