You will be responsible for machine shop maintenance, specifically focusing on Grinding, Turning, and Machining Center machines, with a preference for experience in crankshaft, camshaft, gear machining, or precision machining. Your expertise will be crucial in independently handling maintenance tasks for various machines including Grinding machines, Turning centers, Machining centers (HMC/VMC), and Induction Hardening equipment. Your role will involve working with Fanuc, Siemens CNC/PLC control systems for grinding, turning, milling, and machining centers. You should be proficient in CNC & PLC maintenance and capable of programming PLC & HMI. Your understanding of CNC parameters and ability to update them in the system will be essential. In this position, you will be expected to have a clear grasp of maintenance methodologies such as Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and measuring key parameters like MTBF, MTTR, and OEE. Implementing these methodologies effectively will be a key part of your responsibilities, as well as capturing predictive data for critical machines. Furthermore, you should possess a good vendor network for repairing PLC/CNC cards, drives, and PCBs. Familiarity with Gantry maintenance, as well as experience in Induction Hardening and heat treatment processes, will be beneficial. Understanding electrical drawings and configuring software/hardware will also be required in this role. Your knowledge of components such as Scale, Encoder, Drives, Spindle drives, and power supply drives will be advantageous. Knowledge of TPM, 5 S is essential. Knowledge of MTTR, MTBF is essential. Knowledge of SAP (MGR, ODR) is essential. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills such as 5Why analysis. Basic computer skills to work in Excel, Word, Power-point etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in electrical maintenance.
