The Team:
As a Manager, you will be working closely with global Senior Directors and Managing Directors in a flat team structure. You will lead key work streams and benefit from constant exposure to the senior members of the team and client. You will be validating and executing on operations focused problem solving and transformation activities on our clients’ projects & companies. You will also have the chance to contribute to business development activities, discuss and suggest the development of innovative offerings for our market and considerably nurture and enlarge your professional network as well.
How you will Contribute:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an active part of the teams supporting Corporate Restructuring projects, coordinate work efforts with clients, drive the delivery of defined deliverables, communicate progress to all parties and manage team members, as necessary
  • Managing/ reviewing/ getting involved in Restructuring engagements which are advanced and complex in nature
  • Analyzing financial and operational results of companies and building dashboards for reporting purposes
  • Building financial models based on historical data and industry-specific metrics to evaluate restructuring options and their impact on stakeholders
  • Developing/reviewing business plans and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess business risks and opportunities
  • Understanding capital structure and review compliance status with key financial covenants and identify any technical or actual breaches
  • Developing short-term cash flow forecasts for liquidity management and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential liquidity risks
  • Support the development of strategies to improve liquidity and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in complex bankruptcies and restructurings
  • Manage multiple chargeable and non-chargeable restructuring projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Counsel and mentor team members as per discussion with the team lead; manage and prioritize team responsibilities and proactively consult with the senior members of the team as appropriate.
  • Identifying resource needs and milestones to project manage & accomplish assigned work by agreed deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-9 years of post-qualification experience
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and possessing strong reporting/storyboarding skills
  • Self-starter, motivated, organized, and able to prioritize work load
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders
  • Fact-based and analytical approach, solution-focused, action-oriented, determined to make a difference and not afraid to challenge the status-quo
  • Ability to quickly understand and piece together vast or extremely limited data and to draw certain conclusions/actions from it
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Flexible and adaptable to various situations.
