Job Description

Job Summary

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent aligned with the company s business needs and culture. This role involves active collaboration with hiring managers, strategic sourcing, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding

Primary Responsibilites

Talent Sourcing & Networking

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structure, and key qualifications.

Source potential candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal talent databases.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and frequently hired positions.

Screening & Selection

Review resumes and applications to identify and shortlist qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate communication skills, professional background, and cultural alignment.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams efficiently.

Ensure interview feedback is promptly recorded in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and communicated appropriately.

Candidate Experience & Compliance

Maintain consistent, professional, and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Ensure complete and accurate documentation in compliance with internal hiring policies and regulatory requirements.

Utilize the ATS to update and manage candidate records with accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity

Secondary Responsibilties

Ensure recruitment practices align with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Promote the company s culture and values through social media and job posts to attract talent
