Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
• Ensure that all products and services meet or exceed customer expectations
• Manage and train a team of quality assurance professionals
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
• Communicate with customers to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
• Provide regular reports on quality performance to senior management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 2-8 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
