Job Description

In this role at Tungsten Automation, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and technology solutions meet company standards and customer requirements. As a Manager, Quality Assurance, you will provide leadership and guidance to your team, including involvement in hiring, development, and evaluation processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing quality assurance standards, requirements, and metrics for all Tungsten Automation products and customer-specific technology solutions - Identifying, acquiring, and utilizing industry best-practice equipment, systems, and programs for quality assurance testing - Collaborating with cross-functional partners to evaluate product roadmaps and innovations, providing a specialist quality assurance perspective - Creating and executing quality assurance test plans, including automated test programs and detailed test procedures - Working with teams to identify, recommend, and implement quality assurance testing processes and practices - Supporting downstream business activities to ensure effective end-user use of Tungsten Automation software products - Keeping abreast of industry developments and evolving customer needs to enhance quality assurance testing effectiveness Additionally, you will be expected to engage in domestic and/or international travel up to 10% of the time. Qualifications Required: - BS/BA required; Advanced Degree in a related discipline preferred - 7-10 years of relevant technical experience - 3 years of management experience - Proven abilities in coaching, advising, and developing technical skills for higher-level technical staff Tungsten Automation is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.,
