Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager, Quality Assurance at Tungsten Automation, you will provide leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring to the SQA staff. Your responsibilities will include developing quality assurance standards, requirements, and metrics for all products and applications, identifying industry best practices for quality assurance testing, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and executing quality assurance test plans. Key Responsibilities: - Develop quality assurance standards, requirements, and metrics for all products and applications - Identify and acquire industry best-practice equipment, systems, and programs for quality assurance testing - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to evaluate product roadmaps and provide quality assurance perspective - Develop and maintain automated test programs and scripts - Execute detailed test procedures and test cases - Collaborate with partners to resolve problems and identify root causes of defects - Evaluate and report on test execution results - Identify, recommend, develop, and maintain quality assurance testing processes and practices - Contribute to downstream business activities such as technical publications - Help maximize the potential for new releases to be completed on-time, on-target, and on-budget - Support internal and external partners/stakeholders/customers in responding to quality assurance testing inquiries - Stay updated on industry developments and evolving customer needs Qualifications Required: - BS/BA required; Advanced Degree in a related discipline is strongly preferred - 7-10 years of relevant technical experience - 3 years of management experience - Proven abilities to coach, advise, and develop technical skills for higher-level technical staff Additional Details: Tungsten Automation is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.
