Manager Quality Assurance

Job Summary
The Manager–Quality Assurance oversees all quality-related functions of the hospital, ensures adherence to NABH/NABL standards, drives continuous improvement, and maintains a safe, compliant, and patient-centric care environment. The role supports all departments in meeting accreditation requirements, audits, and clinical quality benchmarks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the hospital’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead NABH/NABL accreditation processes, documentation, and periodic renewals.
• Conduct internal audits, clinical audits, and facility inspections; prepare corrective and preventive action plans.
• Track key quality indicators (KQIs), patient safety indicators, and infection control metrics.
• Work closely with clinical heads, nursing leadership, operations, and administration to improve processes.
• Oversee incident reporting, root-cause analysis (RCA), and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate patient feedback analysis and implement service-quality improvements.
• Provide training to staff on quality standards, SOP compliance, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and adherence to hospital policies.
• Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Support committees such as Quality Committee, Infection Control Committee, and Safety Committee.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or related fields.
• Master’s in Hospital Administration (MHA/MBA-Hospital) preferred.
• Certification or experience in NABH/NABL Quality Standards is highly desirable.
• Minimum 4–7 years of hospital experience, with at least 2–3 years in a quality role.

• Good knowledge of clinical processes, patient safety, and infection control.
• Excellent documentation, audit, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and training ability.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and drive process improvements.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
