Job Description

Manage receipt of raw materials, packing materials, and miscellaneous materials according to standard operating procedures.
Prepare checklists, good receipts (in SAP), and labelling for raw and packing materials.
Submit RM/PM invoices to the finance department and maintain online documentation related to warehouse receipt activities.
Calibrate weighing balances and roll label counting machines as per standard operating procedures.
Handle damaged raw, packing, and miscellaneous materials during receipts as per standard operating procedures.
Perform all work in accordance with established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.
Monitor and record daily temperature and relative humidity in LVMP Receipt Area.
Prepare RTV and send back to vendors when necessary.
Work safely, collaborating as a team member to achieve outcomes, demonstrating behaviors that exhibit organizational values such as collaboration, courage, perseverance, and passion.
Continuously upgrade knowledge regarding cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure personal adherence to all complaint programs including Global Business Ethics and Compliance program, Global quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.
Perform all other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
Maintains good interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexible to work.
At least 7 years of experience in the GMP regulatory industry.
Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
