Manager Quality Assurance

Urgent Requirement for Manager Quality Assurance Rohad Factory - Bahadurgarh, Haryana Location

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of HVAC product & its Manufacturing processes.

2. Knowledge of Quality processes and testing

3. Manage Quality control activities for Incoming, In process and finish products

4. Prepare/ Modify - Part & product Inspection standards

5. Ensuring the compliance of all the functions as per applicable ISO standard and Management system requirements.

6. Product & System certifications: IMS AHRI EUROVENT BIS & other regulatory compliance

7. Lead the shop floor quality team and provide technical and other support to team

8. Effective implementation of statistical techniques in all sections of QA. Including PFMEA, DFMEA, SQC, DMAIC

9. Implementation of best practice quality system, processes and procedure to aid and improve operational performance.

10. Monitoring of all the QA activities, inspection results, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvements. Implement steps required to improve processes.

11. Review with team members over ongoing issues and trends.

12. Work on product quality improvements through preventive and corrective actions.

13. Analysis of customer complaints and field return and monitoring the effectiveness of action taken.

14. Performance Validation of Product.

15. Interact with other departments for Part / processes/ design related concerns and support for improvement

Experience & Qualification:

1. Proven experience of more than 12to 15years(Experience from any Manufacturing Unit will be preferred).

2. Graduation is Mandatory (B.E in Mech. Engg. / B. Tech in Mech. Engg. Equivalent is preferred).

3. Proven working experience and knowledge in all Quality Assurance functions, ISO Systems, and databases with complete record keeping.

4. Adept with MS office.

5. Good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) is mandatory.
