Manager- Property & Facility Management(Real Estate)

POSITION: MANAGER- PROPERTY & FACILITY MANAGEMENT (Real Estate)

• Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures
• Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements
• Organize and plan building installments and refurbishments
• Supervise security & facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors
• Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol & SOPs
• Maintain property by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
• Maintain properties by investigating and resolving client complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, and contracting with landscaping services.
• Secure the property by contracting with the security patrol service, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.
• Enforce occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Reach organization goals by owning new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: - Min. 5 Years experience Facility & Property Management in Real Estate
• Qualification: Min. Any Graduate or Diploma (Civil) will be preferred.
• Computer Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively with property owners, vendors, and tenants.
• Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills for handling conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
• Great customer service and team management skills.
