Job Description

In-house interior Designer Essential Requirements: 1. Educational Background : • Relevant degree/diploma in interior designing 2. Proven Experience : • Demonstrated experience in both architectural design and interior space planning. • A strong portfolio showcasing completed projects involving both exterior and interior design. 3. Technical Proficiency : • Proficiency in architectural and design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in both architectural design and interior decor. 4. Design Skills : • Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to blend functionality and creativity in designs. • Ability to conceptualize and execute interior spaces that align with client specifications, including color schemes, materials, and spatial arrangements. 5. Project Management and Coordination : • Ability to lead and manage projects from concept to completion, including site supervision and contractor coordination. • Experience in collaborating with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and external consultants to align work seamlessly. Ideal Qualities: • Creative Vision with an innovative approach to solving space and design challenges. • Strong communication and presentation skills for client meetings, proposals, and coordination. • Time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. • Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus for eco-friendly projects.
