Job Description

Position : Deputy Project Manager

Assurance of quality and safety in site.
Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
Leading the quality team in preparing MIS Report & field quality plan, conducting quality audits & implementing stringent quality system.
Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships.
Interacting with Sub Contractors & clients regarding the work progress.
Preparing work schedules and allocation resources as well as supervising all your team members
Ensuring that civil engineer projects are completed on time and within budgets
Having good knowledge in residential complex
Having full knowledge of MEP and finishing works
Regular meeting with the contactors for achieving the targets
Advance planning of materials with quantity
Ensure quality workmanship
Controlling the wastage of products

Required Candidate profile :

Qualification Diploma/B.TECH/B.E
IT Skills MS Office, Internet Application & Autocad
Must have 15 years of experience in related field
Must have continuous work experience of 3 years with minimum two reputed Building Construction Company
