Site Supervisor - Home Interior Installation

Job Summary:

• Site Supervisor to oversee the successful execution of our home interior installation projects in Shamshabad, Hyderabad and surrounding areas
• The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining effective communication with clients and project managers
• This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of interior installation processes, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results

Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight and Management:

• Oversee all on-site activities related to home interior installations, including carpentry, modular furniture assembly, electrical work, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other related tasks.
• Ensure projects are executed according to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain daily and weekly work schedules for installation teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address potential delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, material usage, and any changes or deviations from the original plan.

• Team Coordination and Supervision:

• Lead and supervise installation teams, including in-house staff and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and project requirements.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to installation teams.
• Monitor the performance of installation teams and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on site.

• Quality Control and Assurance:

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and adherence to design specifications.
• Identify and address any defects or discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure that all installations meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

• Client Communication and Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of the installation.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the installation process.

• Material Management and Logistics:

• Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials on-site.
• Track material usage and ensure efficient utilization.
• Report any material shortages or damages to the project manager.
