Role Overview: As a Lean Six Sigma Project Leader, your primary responsibility will be to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements that align with business goals. You will lead cross-functional teams in defining project objectives, timelines, and metrics, ensuring the end-to-end implementation of Lean projects following the DMAIC methodology. Your role will involve utilizing data-driven decision-making to develop, test, and implement sustainable solutions while collaborating with business unit leaders and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with strategic priorities. Effective communication of project progress, findings, and results to all levels of the organization will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Lean Six Sigma projects, applying tools such as process mapping, statistical analysis, and FMEA to achieve solution-focused outcomes. - Provide training and coaching on Six Sigma principles to team members and other employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities, ensuring all improvements are supported by quantitative evidence. - Guide process owners in redesigning workflows to streamline operations and increase efficiency, overseeing the implementation of control plans post-project completion. - Champion a culture of continuous improvement, lead by example as a project Leader, and provide coaching, mentorship, and training for Green belt aspirants. - Foster a knowledge-sharing environment and support skills development across the organization. Qualifications Required: - 14 plus years of supply chain experience - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma methodology with certification - Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with the skill to influence stakeholders and drive change - Proven leadership skills with a track record of leading teams and inspiring a culture of operational excellence - Certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt Please note: For more related job opportunities, visit the company's website at https://www.elixir-consulting.com/en/job-search.,
