Project Manager – The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and successful completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with client requirements. Prepare project documentation, including project plans, reports, risk registers, and status updates. Manage project resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, procurement, logistics, and support. Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control. Conduct project review meetings, performance assessments, and closure reports. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills. Proficiency in project management tools. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Understanding of technical domains such as Digital Classrooms, Digital Display Solutions, Video Conferencing, Networking Solutions, Security & Surveillance, Software Solutions and advanced High-End Projection Systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/Technology/AV/Infrastructure projects.
