Job Description To Support and handle Compensation & Benefits activities which include leave & attendance, payroll, statutory and other compliances. Processing payroll for company & Group Companies. Handling all statutory compliance for comapny & Group Companies. Computation of Full and Final Settlement. Calculating and processing Increment with arrears Bonus / Ex gratia calculation and processing payment. Co-ordinating with Finance for the payment and resolving all the finance queries. Preparing and providing Salary JV as per Finance requirement. Income Tax – Investment Declarations and Tax proof Calculation checking, TDS filing data process, Checking and issuance of Form 16. Processing CTC Reimbursement. Knowledge of Leave and Attendance. Supporting other Adhoc activities Requirements Minimum - Graduate with 7 years of work experiance.
