We are seeking an experienced Manager - Project Sales to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project sales and business development across various sectors, including builders, architects, contractors, and institutional clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales targets and business growth
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including builders, architects, contractors, and institutional clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, interior designers, and project managers to deliver projects
Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure project sales
Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential projects and clients
Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local market, including key players, trends, and challenges

Requirements

6-12 years of experience in project sales, business development, or a related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong relationships with key clients, including builders, architects, contractors, and institutional clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or business administration
