Job Description

Project Manager 
Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of AI/technology projects. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations in JIRA (and other project management tools). Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure Agile best practices are followed. Track project risks, dependencies, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering, and data science teams for effective communication and delivery. Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for senior leadership. Ensure adherence to project management frameworks, compliance, and organizational standards. Drive process improvements and implement best practices across the team for higher efficiency and delivery quality.

Qualification Requirements:
Educational: Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of experience or Master’s with at least 4 years of experience in project/program management. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Management preferred. Certifications (Mandatory): PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

Technical / Tools Expertise:
Hands-on expertise in JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting. Familiarity with other Agile project management tools (Confluence, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.). Experience managing projects in cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS) is a plus. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with ability to adapt based on project needs. Proficiency in preparing project documentation, executive dashboards, and performance metrics. Other: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
