Manager - PMO

As a PMO Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing project portfolios to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope. Your role will involve developing and implementing project management methodologies and best practices to enhance project delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of strategic plans and help prioritize projects based on business objectives and value. Here are the key responsibilities: - Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed. - Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and PMO effectiveness. - Provide regular status reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. - Continuously evaluate and improve PMO processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Implement best practices and innovative solutions to address emerging challenges. - Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that projects align with their requirements. - Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters degree in business administration. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management preferred. - Proven experience in strategic planning and execution. - Ability to analyse complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
