Job Description

About the Role:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning & Strategy:

    Participate in requirement review sessions to ensure testability; create comprehensive UAT plans, strategies, and test cases aligned to business requirements/user stories.

  • Execution & Defect Management:

    Execute UAT using test management tools, log defects, determine severity in collaboration with business units, and perform defect retesting.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    Source and validate test data, analyze test results, and prepare daily/weekly UAT status reports.

  • Compliance & Governance:

    Adhere to SDLC guidelines, regulatory training, and internal compliance requirements.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    Identify and escalate issues early, recommend process enhancements, and support automation opportunities.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years’ experience in

    Banking & Payments operations (Cash Management, Treasury, Deposits).

  • Strong understanding of

    ACH and Wire transfer operations

    (subject matter expertise preferred).
  • Proven track record in

    Quality Assurance/UAT

    within financial services.
  • Proficiency in

    writing test cases, using testing tools

    , and working in Agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Jira (mandatory);

    automated testing exposure preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills.
