2. Assistant Manager – Chairman Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting & Travel Management: Calendar management; scheduling of meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials for meetings
  • Communication Management: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, liaising with senior leadership as needed; handle, screen, process, and maintain all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
  • Document Management: Maintain office records and database; create, prepare, and review various documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Co-ordination: follow up on action items from meetings; and support strategic initiatives, monitor deadlines, ensure smooth day-to-day operations of office
  • Research: Conduct in-depth research to source information about companies, market, products for management decision making
