The role ensures high-quality training delivery across all satellite centers, equipping trainers and trainees, especially persons with disabilities, with the skills and knowledge for sustainable employment and entrepreneurship. Key Responsibilities: Develop and standardize inclusive curricula for various livelihood domains tailored to persons with disabilities. Train, mentor, and supervise trainers across APD’s Livelihood Training Centres / satellite centers to ensure effective and consistent delivery. Align training programs with market needs, sector standards, and disability inclusion principles. Evaluate training outcomes and make data-driven improvements to pedagogy and content. Build partnerships with industry experts and vocational boards to validate and enrich curricula. Oversee the implementation of digital learning tools and blended learning strategies. Coordinate with program leads to ensure training supports placement and entrepreneurship outcomes. Conduct Training of Trainers (ToTs) and ensure continuous capacity building of the team. Support proposal writing and reporting through technical inputs related to training and curriculum.
