Job Title: Manager – Operations - Technical Service / Sales Experience: 5+ Years Salary: Up to 50k Work Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, U.P. 201010 Job Type: Full-Time Company Name: Tangent Info Com Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: General Manager / Director Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operation- Sales/Service Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives/Ongoing Transitions/Projects for Solar Energy Systems (solar panels), Frame Fabrication, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and Batteries, with a specific focus on project-based sales within the IT industry and IT product trading sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, project tendering, and a Strong technical understanding of energy solutions and IT infrastructure requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development Identify and target potential B2B clients in IT, data centers, telecom, and infrastructure sectors. Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients for solar energy, UPS systems, and battery backup solutions. Pitch customized energy solutions aligned with the client’s IT infrastructure and operational needs. 2. Project Management & Tendering Collaborate with project engineering and technical teams to prepare proposals and technical documents. Ensure timely execution of sales contracts and after-sales support. 3. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong client relationships with IT project managers, procurement heads, and technical consultants. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and post-sales support to clients. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 4. Reporting & Target Management Prepare monthly sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans. Meet or exceed assigned revenue and margin targets. Report directly to senior management on performance metrics and market intelligence. Qualifications and Skills Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Or equivalent, MBA is a plus. Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales of solar products, Fabrication, UPS systems & Batteries, especially in the IT or infrastructure domain. Good Written, Oral communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills. Familiar with Outlook, MS Office, Excel Etc. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proven track record in B2B project sales and technical selling. Strong understanding of Power Backup systems, solar installations, and IT facility requirements & able to design required UPS /Battery/Solar Solutions.
