Assistant Manager/Manager – Operations Location : Ghatkopar East, Mumbai, Maharashtra No. of Positions : 1 Organization Overview Sterlite EdIndia Foundation (EdIndia) is a tech-driven non-profit enhancing quality education through teacher capacity building , data analytics , and innovative digital solutions . Role Overview (Full-Time ) Initial Phase (up to approx 12 months) 60 to 70% Partnerships & Communications 30 to 40% Operations Temporary coverage for a team member on maternity leave Approx Post 12 Months Transition to 100% Core Operations role Note: Core focus is Operations, with temporary responsibility in external communications & partner engagement Key Responsibilities 1. Partnerships & Communications (Temporary) Partner/donor coordination, reporting, relationship management MoUs, proposals, and partnership outreach Logistics for visits, donor meetings, events Content creation : newsletters, case studies, social media Organize campaigns, events, and webinars 2. Core Operations (Permanent) App Management : Adoption, usage, feedback, and tech team coordination Event Management : Online/offline learning events SOPs & Metrics : Track performance and engagement Team Coordination : Support field teams and academic alignment Stakeholder Engagement : Govt. liaison, training, monitoring visits Key Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education, Technology, Communications, or related field 6–8 years of experience in operations, education/social sector Strong communication & documentation skills Comfortable with ed-tech apps , digital tools Willing to travel for field operations Preferred Skills Experience in donor communication , branding , and reporting Familiarity with teacher training , community engagement , and capacity building Skilled in preparing SOPs , monitoring tools , and motivating teams Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹105,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
