STARTEK is looking for Manager - Operations to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey The Manager-Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
This role involves managing teams, implementing processes and systems, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence The Manager-Operations reports to the senior management and collaborates with various departments to achieve organizational goals Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions Ensure smooth and effective execution of operational processes and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise Continuously evaluate operations to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization Team Leadership:Build and lead a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and implement development plans for team members Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and cross-functional collaboration Identify training needs and provide appropriate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline operations and enhance productivity Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement standardized processes and best practices Conduct regular process audits to ensure adherence to established procedures and identify areas for improvement Lead or participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness Customer Satisfaction:Monitor customer feedback and ensure that the operations team delivers high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Foster a customer-centric culture within the operations team, emphasizing the importance of excellent service delivery Budgeting and Resource Management:Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation Monitor and control expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to achieve financial targets Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials
