Manager - Operations : Job Description: Paid Learners Engagement, Experience & Operations Manager About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic individual to own the end-to-end experience of our paid learners ensuring high engagement, seamless operations, and strong retention. This role requires a mix of operational efficiency, customer engagement strategies, and data-driven decision-making to enhance learner satisfaction and maximize conversions. Key Responsibilities: Engagement & Experience: Build and execute strategies to increase learner participation in classes and activities. Set up personalized communication (WhatsApp, emails) to keep learners motivated. Monitor and improve NPS & feedback loops to enhance user experience. Operations & Execution: Ensure a smooth flow of daily classes , resolving any scheduling, tech, or communication issues. Coordinate with trainers, support teams, and learners for seamless session execution . Manage batch transitions, renewals, and upgrades for paid learners. Retention & Growth: Identify drop-off points and implement strategies to reduce churn . Design win-back campaigns for inactive learners. Work closely with marketing & product teams to optimize renewal & upsell processes . Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in customer success, operations, or learner engagement (preferably in EdTech/Wellness). Strong understanding of retention strategies & community engagement . Excellent communication skills & ability to craft compelling messages . Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking user engagement metrics . Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
