Sales and Support Agent : Sales & Support Agent Online Yoga Platform About Us: We are a fast-growing online yoga platform, helping individuals improve their well-being through structured yoga programs. We are looking for a proactive Sales & Support Agent to assist customers, drive enrollments, and ensure a seamless user experience. Your Role: Sales & Conversions: Engage with leads via WhatsApp, calls, and emails. Explain course benefits & guide users through the sign-up process. Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions. Customer Support: Address inquiries related to classes, schedules, and technical issues. Help users navigate the platform and resolve payment concerns. Maintain a high satisfaction rate by delivering excellent support. Operations & Engagement: Ensure students receive timely class links and reminders. Assist in managing WhatsApp and social media communities. Gather feedback & suggest improvements for better user experience. What Were Looking For: 1+ year of experience in sales, support, or customer service (EdTech/Fitness preferred). Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (both written & verbal). Comfortable handling customer queries over calls, WhatsApp, and emails . Ability to convince and convert leads into paying customers. Organized and able to manage multiple queries efficiently . Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and basic reporting is a plus.
