Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our back-end operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of transaction processes, reconciling accounts, managing clients and vendors, and leading a dynamic operations team. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee back-end operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Handle client and vendor management by building strong relationships and ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Conduct transaction reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the operations team to achieve performance targets.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with a pleasing personality.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,507.17 - ₹30,000.00 per month
